It takes about 2-3 business days to deliver the SIM card to most of the major cities in mainland China.

Actually, we never deduct the fund from your account for failed orders. Most of the time, it’s just a pre-authorization approved by your bank. No funding is deducted from your account. Balance cannot change into data directly, you have to refill data on www.mychinaunicom.com, but if your SIM card was not bought from www.mychinaunicom.com or LVYCOM and its channels, it will not allow you to refill data directly.
