RETURN/REFUNDS POLICY

In general, all sales are final and no refund will be issued once orders are processed and fulfilled.

However, we will refund orders, which we are not able to fulfill. This includes but not limited to the following products:

• Fail to refill airtime or data;
• Fail to provide international calling package;
• Fail to record “Keep-Your-Number” service
• SIM card order that is not yet shipped out. (We won’t refund any SIM card order, which is already shipped, regardless if the SIM card is successfully registered or not.)

All refunds will be returned to the original payment device associated with the order.
